PittMoss Grower Grade Fiber Analysis
PittMoss was engineered specifically to improve upon those qualities that make a substrate perform well. The material has exceptional water holding capacity while maintaining gas exchange. Additionally, nutrients are buffered within the substrate and prevented from leaching. PittMoss products are contaminant-free and readily blendable with other substrate components to create the perfect conditions for your plants while using less fertilizer and water.
It’s important to consider all aspects of a substrate when choosing what to use in your operation. Physical and chemical properties are paramount, but as consumers increasingly gravitate towards environmentally-conscious choices, it’s becoming more important to consider sustainability as a factor.
